BodyTalk explained by a BodyTalk Instructor- on YouTube

Here is Ben Manalo, a Senior BodyTalk Instructor on the Inner Quest programme discussing BodyTalk. There are three pieces of footage that appeared on YouTube recently and I add them here.

Clip 1

Clip 2

Clip 3

Ben is a regular contributor to the BodyTalk forum and always gives excellent answers to questions. His experience as a practitioner and instructor make him a great advocate for BodyTalk and he gives a detailed explanation as to the benefits and effects of BodyTalk. He gives a demonstration of the Cortices technique on the second clip. He talks about how Bodytalk allows the bodymind to address imbalances within itself, the role of male and female energies within the body, stress, the breathing cycle and the BodyTalk Protocol. Summarily this article argues that modern dentistry can give rise to or exacerbate mouth-breathing, impaired sleep, poor posture, poor concentration and ADHD. The body is a complex and amazing mechanism, with each of its systems, cells and atoms in constant communication. Unfortunately, the stresses of everyday life can compromise these lines of communications or overload the energy circuits. To address this, the BodyTalk System provides a simple and effective form of therapy that allows the body’s systems to be re-synchronized so they can operate as nature intended – and effectively respond to injury and illness.
