EFT and Physical Health

‘The EFT… has definitely given me more energy, and I know I still have …stress to work through, but I feel confident that there is a light at the end of the tunnel where as before there was nothing to look forward to- so as you can imagine I am truly grateful that I had the opportunity to experience such a positive treatment, which thanks to the inspiration and professionalism of Marsha I will be able to continue with.’ (female client with M.E., Nottingham)

Clients are often surprised to find that when they deal with the emotional side of their illness or disease, the physical side disappears. Many clients don’t even realise their emotions have an effect on their health and this insight helps people improve their health through better vigilance and understanding.

Negative and overwhelming emotions exhaust the body and mind. Chronic illnesses often begin before you ever get a symptom and I treat physical complaints as messages from the body and mind that need to be acknowledged.

  • are you suffering from chronic ill health?
  • are you trying to come to terms with a diagnosis?
  • sleeping badly?
  • poor immunity?
  • allergies or sensitivities?
  • facing a worsening prognosis?
  • feeling run down and tired?
  • not responding to any other treatments?
  • preparing for or recovering from an operation?
  • infertile or sexually dysfunctional?
  • viruses or parasites that you can’t seem to shake?

If your illness has been around for a long time it may take sometime for it to be addressed as you may need a change in lifestyle. This may mean weeks or months of regular treatment and then some ongoing maintenance sessions. However, you should feel positive changes after every session and you will know that you are getting better. That feeling cannot be underestimated- your health is in your hands so make an investment towards better health.
